Sharma Centre in South Korea !  Jeongok Prehistoric Festival, 2018 

Delighted to have our Institute exhibit at the 10th International Archaeological Heritage Education Expo and the 10th seminar of the International Archaeological Heritage Association during the Jeongok Prehistoric Festival hosted by the Yeoncheon county government at the Jeongokri Paleolithic site from May 3rd to May 7th, 2018.

Professor Shanti Pappu and Dr. Kumar Akhilesh presented a paper entitled  "When I held a handaxe": Prehistory and Public Archaeology in India     "When I held a handaxe": Prehistory and Public Archaeology in India" 

Our stall interacted with children and parents, in introducing them to Indian rock art, Making and using stone tools, leather-craft and painting scenes from prehistory using traditional kolam/rangoli colours.
